This page explains what happens to the information you send us through the contact form on fjellsten.com. The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party services.

What we collect, and why
When you send a message through the form we receive what you type: your name, your email address, your company if you give it, the topics you tick, and the message itself. We use it for one purpose: to read your message and reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and, where a message concerns possible work together, taking steps before entering into an agreement (GDPR article 6.1 b and f).
To serve and protect the site, Cloudflare processes the technical data of every request, such as your IP address, for a short time. We do not use that data to identify you.
Who handles the data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and runs the contact endpoint.
- Resend, Inc. delivers your message to our mailbox as an email.
Both act on our instructions as processors. Where they process data outside the EU/EEA, they do so under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Your message lives in our mailbox for as long as the conversation it belongs to is current, and is deleted when it no longer is. If we end up working together, the message may be kept with the records of that engagement for as long as those records are needed.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, or receive it in a portable form. Write to us through the contact form or by post to the address above. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (imy.se).
